Our Junior and Regular Academy will accommodate kids born between 2016 and 2020.

We will now be offering U11 - U19 for kids born between 2016 and 2007.

This situation has no perfect answer, but we aim to develop and grow our program according to birth years.  If a child is looking to skip their birth year, it will be up to the D.O.C's discretion, please have a conversation with him.

Our goal is to make soccer-specific decisions and do what is best for each individual.

We offer the following:

• All age groups will train at least two days a week from early August to October.
• U7-U10 will participate in our travel club vs. club program and play roughly 8 games in the Fall, plus two tournaments.
• U11-U19 will be placed in the best league that suits the development level of the team.
• More tournaments may be presented at an extra cost.
• R.E.A.L School indoor league encouraged, but not included or mandatory.
• 10 weeks of indoor soccer training at Tremper included starting in January.
• Spring is identical to Fall. Season runs April-Mid June

Our Academy program centers on individual player development.  At RUSH, our goal is to unlock your player's talent and ensure we check off all core competencies as they move toward the U11 age group.  

Once kids graduate from our academy and move into the U11 program, we focus on team elements while continuing to develop individual skills.

Our goal is to build the best teams possible and create a competitive environment that pushes kids to be the best version of themselves.  

We will hold tryouts for all kids ages U11 and up.

For the academy program, the state says we are not to offer a specific team at our open house.

We at RUSH love the sport and want to see every kid grow and every outcome viewed positively, but it is not our number 1 focus.

We ask that all parents encourage and support every member of the team through their highs and lows and continue to promote a positive culture for these kids.  

Uniforms are required for all ages and are not part of the initial fees.

If any extra tournament is agreed upon by the individual teams, a separate fee will be split amongst the group to cover the entrance fee.

Our home locations for our programs as are Anderson Park and UW-Parkside.
